RETURN POLICY 

Wellington Jumps is committed to having your experience be as seamless as possible.

All returns will be accepted on a case by case basis.  All damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, free of charge.  In order to receive a free replacement, the directions must be followed.

At Wellington Jumps we utilize the drop shipping service available from our manufacturers and suppliers as well as other ground shipping methods.

 Below you will find instructions to guide you through the freight delivery process.  

The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment:  The sender of your shipment will be Wellington jumps or Burlingham Sports.   Large orders may need a loading dock, forklift or similar to unload the pallets from the delivery truck.  A lift gate may be requested in advance if no loading dock or forklift is available.  There may be a fee for the lift gate service.

If someone other than yourself will be accepting the freight, please give them the following information.

Upon arrival:

  • Inspect your shipment carefully for any damage, such as torn, crushed, or punctured boxes. If there are ANY signs of damage or even a slight possibility of missing items or boxes, NOTE IT on both drivers and your copy, keep a copy for yourself.
    Take pictures or a video!
  • You should accept the shipment and call us ASAP.  (561) 906-6668. All damaged products will be replaced, and we will file a freight claim.
  • Please be sure to read the delivery receipt and ensure you are only signing for what you are actually receiving. Count the boxes keeping in mind rails are usually not on pallets but are in long thin boxes of 4 rails.   Example: Shipped 1 pallet w/ 5 boxes and 2 long loose boxes of poles. If only received the 1 pallet w/ 5 boxes, sign accordingly (received 1 pallet w/ 5 boxes missing 2 long loose boxes)
  • If damage or missing items are NOT noted on the delivery receipt, we will be unable to help you in filing the claim and you will be responsible for filing the claim yourself. It will then be your responsibility to prove the damage occurred during shipment.
  • Check all boxes carefully as screws, bolts and other small items might be inside them.
  • If you notice any damage or incorrect items after delivery contact Wellington Jumps, [email protected] within 24 hours from receipt.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

WJ’s utilizes many companies and forms of shipping products.

Many products are priced with shipping anywhere in the continental US included.  These Free Shipping products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

All the other products may be shipped worldwide at an additional fee.  Customers may request a shipping quote before purchase.

Due to the large size and weight of many products will include special instructions and equipment that might be necessary for delivery.

Shipping time varies depending on such factors as size and weight of products and amount, the final destination, and availability.
